379th Security Police Squadron

The mission of the 379th Security Police Squadron was to protect the wing's combat capability, people, and critical resources.

The security police squadron's members performed their duties in two major specialties: Security and law enforcement. Security specialists were trained combatants operation sophisticated alarm systems, weaponry and associated equipment. Law enforcement specialists respond to alarms at agencies storing funds and weapons. They also answer complaints, investigate crimes, enforce traffic laws, and compile reports and analyses.

Additionally, the security police operates the small arms training and maintenance facility and the installation confinement facilities as well as providing personal, industrial and administrative security; classification management, and pass and registration services.
